Start with what you need
A typical booking starts with choosing an event or service, finding a date and proceeding to book. When you are still unsure what to choose, a conversation can help.
For example:
“I am looking for a music activity for a three-year-old. What are the options?”
“Which dates are available next week?”
“We would like to attend regularly. What memberships are available?”
The AI assistant helps you navigate events, dates and memberships. It helps find an available date and opens the relevant booking page so you can continue.
Help right where you need it
You can open AI chat using the AI icon on an event, service or membership detail page. When you are browsing the offer and need advice, you can ask straight away.
You do not need to know the exact name of a feature or where to find the next step. Simply describe what you want to plan.
Sign-in is required for AI chat
To help prevent misuse, visitors must sign in to use the AI assistant.
If you are not signed in yet, enter your email directly in the panel and request a verification code. You stay on the page you are browsing throughout sign-in.
